Why We Exist
MI&T was established in 2009 after our founders identified a serious problem in the mold industry: the people evaluating properties for problems were the same ones in charge of fixing them. That conflict of interest meant homeowners could never be sure they were getting honest answers.
We decided to separate ourselves from the restoration process entirely. Since then, we have expanded to over 50 major metropolitan areas and established ourselves as leaders in independent mold inspection. Our top priority has always been to educate people about the truths and myths of indoor mold growth.
